"Department of Secret Investigations" is not real (at least to the best of my knowledge).
Its fictional creation merely serves as an interesting and unique way to convey information.
DISASTER COUNTDOWN IS IN NO WAY AFFILIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT AGENCY.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

disastercountdown provides speculative information, possible dates of significant
events and factual information to the best of our knowledge, (referred to hereafter as "the
Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("Terms"). By using the Service 
in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. In addition, when using 
particular disastercountdown services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted 
guidelines for all disastercountdown services, which may change from time to time.  
Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, any guidelines, 
or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with disastercountdown 
in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of disastercountdown.


2. MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise 
alter these terms and conditions at any time.  Such modifications shall become 
effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement

3. CONTENT

We are not responsible for the inaccuracy of content on the site, any predictions that
do not come true or any explanation that may not have sufficient scientific backing.
The site is provided "as-is" and it is up to the user of the site to judge the accuracy
of such predictions.  The timer countdown is an approximation, it is not necessarily accurate.
We cannot be held responsible for information on the site used in any manner.
